After booking your package, call 609-965-2111 to schedule your ice skating sessions and any igloo, fire pit or massage included in your package. Reserve early for the best availability.

Arrival

  • Check in at Château Renault’s front desk:
    • Check-in: 4:00 PM
    • Check-out: 10:00 AM
  • Complimentary parking is available.
  • Vintner Wonderland is across the street from the hotel.

Ice Skating

  • Arrange your skate sessions with the front desk before your arrival.
  • Collect your skating vouchers at check-in.
  • Review your confirmed session times before heading to the rink.
  • Arrive 15-30 minutes before your scheduled skate time to allow for check-in, skate rentals and waivers.

Spa, Dining & Outdoor Experiences

  • Schedule included massages, igloos and fire pits with the front desk before your arrival.

  • Your package does not include gratuities. Should you wish to recognize exceptional service, gratuities are always appreciated.

How close is Château Renault to Vintner Wonderland?
Château Renault is Renault Winery’s French-inspired boutique hotel on the same grounds as Vintner Wonderland. The ice rink and holiday village located across the street from the hotel.
What are the check-in and check-out times at Château Renault?
Check-in is at 4 PM, and checkout is at 10 AM. The front desk offers luggage storage so you can enjoy skating, spa treatments or dining before check-in or after checkout.
Is ice skating included in my package?
All special packages designed for Vintner Wonderland include 90-minute ice skating sessions and skate rentals. Please reserve your skate session immediately following booking by calling 609-965-2111.
How do the food and beverage credits work?
Use your food and beverage credit during your stay. Credits are nontransferable, and unused balances cannot be redeemed for cash.
Does my package include a massage, and how do I book it?
The Vintner Romance Package includes a couples massage at Revival Spa. Call the front desk at 609-965-2111 to book your spa appointment separately. Massage credits must be redeemed during your stay. If you choose not to use it, no credit, cash equivalent or future appointment credit will be provided.
Can I transfer unused vouchers or redeem credits for cash?
Unused vouchers and food and beverage credits are nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Can I modify the date(s) of my stay?
Packages are subject to availability. Holiday stays are in high demand, and some dates may be unavailable. Book early for the best selection. Restrictions and blackout dates apply.
Are taxes, fees and gratuities included in the package price?
Applicable taxes and fees are added at checkout. Gratuities are not included in the package price and are left to your discretion. Gratuity is welcome in appreciation of the service you receive.
Can I add an igloo, cabana or private fire pit to my stay?
The Vintner Romance Package includes a one-hour, 45-minute Champagne Bubble Igloo rental. To add an igloo, cabana or private fire pit to another package—or reserve an additional visit the Gather page for details for booking information. Additional rentals are charged separately and subject to availability.

Yes. You can book a room at Château Renault without a Vintner Wonderland package by visiting https://renaultwinery.com/chateau-renault/. Enjoy the holiday village with free admission, then purchase skating tickets or reserve private experiences separately. Room reservations are subject to availability.
