Join us for an evening where traditional Irish flavors meet modern culinary technique. This isn’t just a dinner; it’s an interactive journey designed to sharpen your skills and bring a touch of the Emerald Isle to your home kitchen.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a signature Irish-themed snack and a crisp glass of champagne as you settle into the kitchen. Throughout the evening, our chef will provide hands-on lessons and share professional tips and tricks, covering the essential things you need to know to improve your cooking. You will be guided through three distinct demonstrations and lessons focusing on the techniques that define the region’s best dishes.

After the work is done, sit down to taste what you have made, accompanied by your choice of red or white wine. For those who wish to keep the spirit of the evening going, additional glasses of wine will be available for purchase to enjoy then, and full bottles of our featured selections will be available to take home.
