In this interactive class, you'll be guided by our expert chef as you explore the art of pasta-making from scratch. From mixing the dough to shaping and cooking, you’ll craft a delicious pasta dish, and then sit down to enjoy your creation.

In this interactive class, you’ll be guided by our expert chef as you explore the art of pasta-making from scratch. From mixing the dough to shaping and cooking, you’ll craft a delicious pasta dish, and then sit down to enjoy your creation.

Kick off the night with a welcome snack of puff pastry parmesan twists, preset on your table, then dive into a series of interactive demos, including:

  • Rolling classic potato gnocchi
  • Filling and stuffing cheese tortellini
  • Stretching and building your own artisan pizzas

After creating your pizza masterpiece (which our kitchen will cook and serve!), head to the tables for a hearty Italian-inspired meal:

  • Preset garden salad with two dressings
  • Garlic bread served table-side
  • Gnocchi Bolognese
  • Cheese tortellini with garden vegetables and Alfredo sauce
  • Your own pizza, hot from the oven
  • A sweet finish with cookies made from fresh cookie dough
