Join us for an immersive culinary experience highlighting the vibrant flavor and versatility of New Jersey’s summer tomato harvest. This hands-on masterclass showcases seasonal ingredients at their peak, inspired by our gardens and local New Jersey farms.
Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed with a glass of Champagne before participating in a guided, interactive cooking experience led by our chef. Throughout the evening, guests will prepare select tomato-forward dishes while learning professional techniques and culinary insights to elevate their home cooking.
The experience concludes with a seated dinner featuring chef-prepared seasonal tomato specials, accompanied by a glass of red or white wine.
