CONTRACT TERMS
1. A $500.00 deposit and signed contract are required
to confirm your event date. This deposit is refundable
up to 9 months before your scheduled date.
Confirmation of booking by mail will be made when
all appropriate deposits and signed original contracts
are received by Renault Properties.
2. Six months before the event date a second
payment of $1,000.00 (non-refundable) is due.
3. Three months prior to the event, 25% of the anticipated
balance is due. This non-refundable payment is
based on the expected number of guests minus all
other payments.
4. Final count and balance are due two weeks prior to
the event date. Any funds payable within two weeks of
the event date must be in the form of a certified
check only. This payment will be accepted up until
72 hours prior to the event time. Anytime thereafter,
Renault Properties reserves the right to cancel.
5. Final count changes will be accepted up until 48
hours prior to the event time in order to receive a
refund.
6. Credit card payments will not be accepted for any
payments.
7. Prices do not include N.J. sales tax and the customary
18% service charge except holidays. (Bartender tips
are not included.)
8. In case of emergency caused by weather, we reserve
the right to modify room selection.
9. You will be held responsible for any damages to
Renault Properties.
10. Renault Properties is not responsible for lost or
damaged items.
